Elevate28 produces content based on the branding, assets, and preferences provided by the client. While reasonable care is taken to align with each client's brand style, final outputs are subject to interpretation and creative judgement. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, up-to-date branding materials and confirming any specific requirements in advance. Elevate28 cannot be held responsible for inconsistencies arising from incomplete, outdated, or unclear information supplied by the client. Turnaround times may be extended where client assets, approvals, or feedback are delayed, or where additional revisions are requested beyond the agreed scope.
Starter: 2 properties. Growth: 5 properties. Scale: 8 properties. Unused properties do not roll over to the following month.
Retainer plans include only services listed in the plan description. Additional requests may be quoted separately.
All content is produced using the client's approved brand style. Branding changes after approval may require additional time.
Monthly plans: 30 days written notice, no refunds for partial months. Trial: Refundable within 7 days if genuinely unsatisfied with quality.
Content is created for the client's marketing use. You retain ownership of original content. Upon payment, you receive unlimited rights to use enhanced work for your property marketing. Elevate28 may showcase anonymised work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
We provide marketing services only. NO GUARANTEES of sales, enquiries, viewings, or specific results. Outcomes depend on property, pricing, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.
Total liability limited to amount paid for the specific service in question. Not liable for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
You agree to: provide accurate property information, have legal right to market the properties, comply with advertising regulations (including ASA guidelines), and clearly label virtual staging as such in your listings.
Founding Partner pricing is locked for 12 months from sign-up date. 20% discount applies to first 3 months only. LinkedIn recommendation requested but not obligatory. Badge displayed at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
